The servers are down but so should steam store page (especially the possibility to buy not working DLC!). Fun and addicting game, lots of creatures to capture and evolve! Guilds, raids, daily quests . Fights are not easy, you need to plan your moves carefully and have a strong squad... Forge of Gods is an online multiplayer "RPG" game as it claims, and play pretty well. The game itself features both PvP and PvE elements.Pros:-There is vast array of creatures available within the game, each with their own stats and evolutions.-It is a great time waster, and is pretty fun while playing it. There is some strategy involved with the positioning of your units, what units to use in a certain battle, and what items to use, but does not take too much effort and play well for a game of this type.-The devs, Panoramik Inc, are active with updates and development of the gameCons:-This is what became a dealbreaker for me. Progressing through the early stages of the game was fairly easy, but I became a higher level and unlocked more difficult levels, it became clear that this game is pay to win. There is no way to defeat certain creatures, or face certain players as they bought the best that there is. There is a ton of "DLC's" for the game that add certain bonuses like gold, gems and creatures, but they are ridiculously overpriced and do not even give you good end-game items. It becomes impossible to progress without investing either almost all your time, or an exponential amount of money into the game.The game was fun and enjoyable, but the clear pay-to-win elements are extremely offputting for me.4/10. Avoid like the plague. Yet another Pay to Win mobile game disguised as a PC game. They reel you in for the first four ranks with all these free gems and progress until you hit the dreaded paywall where the lootboxes (called crypts) dish out low level garbage minions with the very low chance of decent ones (that you need multiples of to level up). Additionally besides that paywall, you hit the "meat" paywall where you cant do any attacks without meat which, of course, you can pay for more or you can add a bunch of "friends" to your list and hope they send you meat. This kind of garbage P2W game is ruining gaming and until we as players stop paying for them, developers wil keep screwing us.. First off, this is simply a port of a popular mobile game. Unfortunetly, while it is not at all the worst mobile port I have played on Steam, I did not enjoy it. The "gameplay" is very simplistic.. meh game is ok i got 2 dlcs for free so its easy. Pretty awful. I knew it was gonna be a "cash grab" game, but goodness... This game is so poorly designed. The "gotta wait for energy to play the game" mechanic was something I hadn't seen in a long time and I'd hoped was dead. Not only that, there are many glitches. There are times when I can't click on my heroes in my stash or complete many basics tasks without restarting the game or trying later. There are many other free-to-play games that are actually worth an investment of your time. I wouldn't even dream of spending cash on "Forge of Gods", I regret I wasted the hours I spent on it..
